I bought rice from this store two weeks ago. When I opened the bag to cook last week there were small black bugs in the rice. My husband informed me that that was weebles and I should return it. I could not find the actual receipt but I did have a scanned receipt because I always upload all my receipts. Customer service was very rude and even though they saw the receipt on my phone they still insisted I need the original receipt. Obviously this rice was old and stale and was setting around for a long time to have had bugs in it.
