This gym has a variety of class offerings, accessible hours, versatile and competitive training equipment, and a really great family atmosphere. The owner/coach, Daniel, is always evolving and adapting to give you the best training and competition experience. I’ve been training there with my two teenage sons for the last three years, and our individual progress in strength and skill from year to year has been incredible!

Hello sir, yes the limit for the young ninjas is 3 years old on saturdays, and for adults the age limit is if you arent alive anymore lol. Therefore, you are ok! The adults classes are very fun!
