This was the best decision choosing the Language Institute of Georgia. I have a very basic word knowledge base and have tried using apps and very well-known expensive programs with the hopes of eventually becoming fluent. Nothing has come even close to this instruction. Using the graded reader method has been astoundingly effective and the instructor is the most patient and explains every thing you ask. He literally goes LINE BY LINE through the book. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been incredibly flexible and understanding when I had sudden schedule changes. It's easy to see that he genuinely wants you to learn the language. If you're on the fence about what route to take in your journey to fluency, don't be. This is the way to go!
