One star means I don't shop here anymore. Gracious Home is sort of wiped off my shopping map. I think they do a brilliant job of marketing poor merchandise. Every item I've purchased there has disappointed: pumps that broke, sheets that ripped, etc...experiences I've never had with merchandise purchased elsewhere. I have sheets, for example, that I bought decades ago and rotate with the GH-purchased sheets that are still in good shape. Buyer, beware ;)

I ordered a bunch of Yves Dolorme Sheets from this company. My order arrived missing several of the items. I tried for 6 weeks to get a refund for the missing items and could not get them to respond. I have now had to go through VISA to get my money back. I would not recommend shopping with this company.

I used to love this store! No more! Staff member in the dish area was extremely rude! I was not dressed in my Sunday best and she was totally unhelpful and spoke to me in a tone of arrogance. Happy to spend my money at a store that is customer friendly!

It has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed my order Monday and after a few days I checked the status. It had not been shipped it was awaiting fufillment. When I contacted customer service via chat they could not guarantee my delivery for Thanksgiving. Said they would email me in 24 to 48 hours. I asked them to cancel my order. Today I recieved an email that my order was shipping. I have already purchased what I needed elswhwere, with SUPERIOR, customer service. Now I am going to have to send back the cancelled order and try to get a refunf. Overall a torturous experience.
