They rarely return your calls ! I been calling for 3 months didn't get a response yet.
Get used to it . ive been waiting for a document they need me to sign for over a month so i can get access to 5 grand. I call every day. I get the same "we will return your call with in 48 hrs. And they are looking forward to speaking to me mssg every day. Fire them while you can. Oh by the way i got my settlement on my own. They were never heard from. Good lock
