Consistency is key. No matter where I travel if there is a Grand Lux there I am definitely down for brunch. I love ordering the Belgium waffle it is very light and fluffy. It's complimented by this sweet buttersauce.. which is sooo scrumptious- words can't explain!- you have to try this at least once!

This local is a sister company of the Cheescakefactory and looks similarly open at first glance. The interior is friendly and stylish. The dishes were big enough and very, very tasty. The selection of food and drinks was great, the waiter 'Joseph' was great! Access is at ground level and easy to use even for people with walking difficulties. A toilet is available. The location has a separate bar area, which can also be used in the evenings to just have a drink. There are numerous parking spaces in the surrounding shopping center. There is only a point deduction for the lack of W-LAN.

I had a reservation on Sunday, September 25, 2022, at 11:00 am for a brunch. The max allow was 6 people. I called the restaurant a day before inform them I will have a party of about 16 people. I was informed we would have to go on a waiting list if that many people were coming. Therefore, I came to the restaurant when it open at 10:00 am to be placed on a waiting list so my guess could be accommodated. When my guess and I arrived, there was no one in the restaurant at the time so we were seated right away. The issue I had was the manager Mark was extremally rude coming over to the me and my guess saying "We can't come back to the restaurant again with a reservation for 6 people and show up with this many people." “They can't have it.” Was it because we were black? I just couldn’t understand what the issue was there was literally no one in the restaurant. When we were about to leave, there were several tables and chairs still available. On top of that the food wasn't great and my 16 plus guest brought money to your company. This is no way to treat paying customer. The waitress was amazing and did a great job. However, for 20 people she wasn’t provided any assistance. Even without the assistance she got everything right and handled things very well. Just the manager Mark was so rude that me nor my guest will never return to your restaurant again.
