If you've come here looking for reviews of this company and workplace, you're probably already thinking about what it would be like to work here. So that means you need the money. Because this is call center is not a pleasant place to work. Management is poorly organized, you'll be encouraged to mislead customers to fulfill your incentives for decent pay but you'll be fired if you're caught lying to customers. Nor will you be allowed to listen to the calls of top earners to learn what they're doing. You won't be able to go to work with the feeling that what you're doing allows you to live a dignified life and you won't have the feeling that this work is valuable to society. Over time that's gonna make it very hard to be happy with your life while you work here, unless you get lucky enough to gain a position that keeps you off the phone. I know that a lot of you will take the job even after you read this bad review. That's exactly what I had to do. Stay strong, don't let having to work here convince you that you're not valuable. Get a little money while you're here, pay your bills but don't get comfortable. Management will view you as replaceable and there's no loyalty whatsoever, so keep looking for a new job even when you have this one. You have all my sympathy for having to work at Alorica.
