I hate to admit that our visit was less than stellar. This place came highly recommended and I'm not one to leave bad reviews but if I'm honest about this experience it wasn't very good. We we had a few drinks at the bar before we were seated for our reservation. When we arrived at our table it was unclean, actually dirty and there was no silverware or placements. When we asked for the table to be cleaned it was wiped and left wet and I use my own towel to dry it off. The food was good but the portions are super small and that's fine for me usually I'm willing to pay for fine food but I must admit it was just average. Our bill was almost $300 so when I speak to whether or not I'm willing to spend money for good food, know that I am willing to. The view is spectacular and so is the building itself although it was very hot the night we went inside the building so I'm not sure if they were having air conditioner issues or not. I will probably give this another chance as we are new to town and I don't ever judge a place from one visit. Here's hoping next time will be better experience for me and my family.

We hosted our son’s groom’s dinner in the Harbormaster Suite. The venue is breathtaking. Our servers, Meghan and Derek, were super efficient and were very gracious and helpful. Alli made the pre arrangements and was super responsive. The food for a 30 person event was delicious and arrived hot( we chose salmon and a chicken dish). The presentation was also excellent. Highly recommend the venue.

Pros: the view is amazing, it's near the river. I sat at a table that had my back turned, but took a few minutes to go on the balcony before leaving. Very nice view. MOST of food that we ordered tasted great. The drinks were good and although it was busy, other servers didn't mind helping us out when our server was unavailable. Water was free! Cons: We had to place our own orders by phone with QR code and we misunderstood that we were NOT supposed place the whole order at the same time (drinks, appetizers, entrées). There really was no service provided beyond "thanks for coming" and the directions that weren't really clear. The children's Mac and cheese had no flavor and my daughter wouldn't eat it, but I completely understood cause I tasted it. Very bland and that plus fries was $8. You have to pay for ALL drink refills so I didn't get another lemonade .... the first was mostly ice anyway. I didn't make a complaint out of it. Just simply said nevermind. Overall, I came with some lovely family members and getting to see and chat with them over a meal was wonderful. But I wouldn't care to come back. I've been to other restaurants with great views they offer free refills and the children's food taste better. It's nice to be in a place where the staff greets you and checks in on you. This definitely wasn't the place. Again, I wouldn't care to come back, but I wouldn't discourage someone else from giving this place a try. I'd recommend the shrimp tacos with avocado. Those were yummy!

Extremely clean and friendly staff following Covid Safety guidelines. Our host was charismatic and pleasant, several managers walked around to check that our dining experience was exceptional and I was happy to see it was staffed appropriately for a busy Saturday evening. The food was also delicious!
