First, the food was excellent. Everything else: not so good. We weren't welcomed by the hostess, simply asked "how many?". When we were seated, we weren't given any flatware, although we watched her give them to other guests she seated. Have no clue what our server's name was..she didn't say, or welcome us. When she brought the biscuits, there were no appetizer plates. When she brought our appetizer, I had to ask for utensils and napkins. We finished our drinks and left them in plain sight on the edge of our table. We waited and waited for refills while I could see her in waitstaff area speaking to another server. When she did get back to us, she asked if we wanted anything else, like she forgot we ordered entrees. We asked for drink refills, app plates and extra napkins. It took her 2 trips to get that. After she delivered our food, she didn't return to check on us until we were done eating and wanting boxes. After we packed our boxes, she asked if we were ready for the check. My wife had to ask her if it was okay if we got dessert. After everything was boxed and we were ready to pay the check, my wife pointed out to her twice that the dessert wasn't on the bill. She simply told us that she gave it to us. No explanation. Throughout the entire meal, not one dirty plate was removed from our table (see picture-our dessert with all the dirty plates in the background). On our way out, both hostesses were at the front talking to each other. Neither one bothered to say anything to us (thanks.. have a nice night..etc). We got into our vehicle at 9:10 p.m. My wife immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. She was on hold for 15 minutes before she hung up at 9:25 when we returned to our hotel. We came in from out of town, and this was our Anniversary dinner. The food was delicious, but the rest of our experience was unsatisfactory.

Very good food. Had a nice waitress. Downside, didn't have enough employees working on a Sunday afternoon. Too long of wait times (getting seated, having order taken, refills...). Literally, waited 10 minutes at the door before we even saw a person working. They were all in the back.

A GREAT place for GREAT seafood.😋👍😋👍 Service is flawless by friendly and efficient staff.👍👍👍 And I feel the prices are reasonable for the QUALITY provided. All in all, a very pleasurable dining experience!!!😃😃😃😃😃

It is pretty good,I would say. They clean their tables and seats very well and they make sure families are far apart in seatings. But you may have to wait for them to find seats that are 6 feet apart.

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
