Very nice museum. Small but an hour well spent.

Parents - watch out for jagged, rusty metal on the climb aboard items. Started out great, very neat place, but then my five year old got cut pretty decently on the rusty metal of the fire engine we were told he could climb in. After asking the gentleman if they happened to have any rubbing alcohol, he goes 'It's because he's hyperactive. That's why he got hurt." Wow. I'm the first the correct or make my kid take accountability, I'm incredibly on top of him, but he was climbing up the stairs very calmly and got snagged on sharp rusty metal edges that it would've been nice to know were there before letting him open the door to climb up, so for this man to immediate blame my five year old for a safety issue that should've been addressed or at least noted was a bit mind boggling. We just left at that point because I was so put off by that comment.

It is a small museum but it has lots of old articles that are fun to read. A very nice man was our host. A lovely person.

I visited last year. There are no flights. It is a small chapter-run museum. Sightseeing biplane and helicopter flights are available at the other end of the field from commercial operators.
