So far, we're on our 4th day, it's been really nice here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The sites are tight but clean and services, water, sewer, and electric work as they should. There is a swimming area, boat ramp and a huge tiki hut. Also a sunbathing area and a swimming pool. The view from the water sites is spectacular. Especially the sunsets. A bit pricey but it's the keys. Some sites have white gravel with a Cement pad. Others are grass, also with a cement pad. We didn't use the public baths, etc. so we don't have an opinion. There is ice at the office and some apparel.

Loved it. Lots to do and convenient location. You can swim (pool or beach), snorkel, fish, boating ( with dock). Lots of amenities: showers, laundry, and bathrooms. Close to Key West or back to mainland. Centrally located on keys. Tons of food and shoppong choices.

We're here right now, and they're good to go. The keys south of here, are still a mess, but most businesses are open.
No hot tub or pickleball court. Lovely swimming pool, Cornhole boards, and snorkeling area. Also, a dock for fishing.
No a friend of ours called to reserve for tenting and they said no tenting. So no they don't reserve for tents.
Also if you want to trailer they have a ramp... Some sites are large enough for boat and camper.
Don't know the rates but we will definitely be back next time we're down in the keys
It is getting hot there and the snowbirds are gone, so. . .
They have about six tent sites available. We paid $73 for the night. (they may have a lower summer rate by now} water and electric are available at all tent sites. Make sure you bring a hammer and some solid tent stakes.. Coral is hard as concrete!
The Passport America discount is available for a maximum of 5 nights in a 6 month period. You receive 50% off our Interior nightly rate. This year the nightly rate is $47.00 per night, plus tax. You can use your kayaks and it is pretty cool you can go right out to the Gulf there's also swimming there it's not the most beautiful area to swim in but you can swim in there and the Good Sam card we had already had the discount they gave us so they would not give us a discount card on The Good Sam

You're able to enter and leave anytime. Park has a nighttime guard.

My wife and I spend all of November there . we were there as they had the new wifi installed great all thru the park.

they are open for business park is all clean just a for a few minor work. the sea wall is been reworked .the pool is open , wifi is getting better , cable is up and working .
