I was spoken to very rudely by the husband co-owner. He actually said that my adjustable ring was “a pain in the ass“. Who says this to a customer?? My daughter had the pearl ring she gave me set in an adjustable band because she didn’t know my ring size. He seemed totally annoyed that he had to come out of the back to show me how to adjust it; it was like I was a bother to him. I think his wife (co-owner) was very embarrassed by his behavior & tried to smooth things over. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and just assume he was having a bad day. However, I will not be back to Gold Smith Jewelers, nor will I recommend this place to anyone! He also said he would replace one of my small gems in the band and did not do it.

I have been going to Gold Smith Jewelers for over 20 years. Last year I had them repair my 50yr old wedding/diamond ring. It sparkles like new! I would not TRUST any other jeweler with my most precious treasures. They take MUCH PRIDE in the work they do and always have been pleasant and cordial with me. They explain what repairs need to be done and why. Work is completed on time. They have also told if repair would cost more than item is worth. HONEST PEOPLE.
