Sure. I would probably never trade up, but Nebraska Diamond has upgraded rings for us by adding two diamond/gold bands to my wife's wedding set. That added bulk and wow factor to the set. We found their workmanship was excellent and my wife has gotten many compliments over the years . I am sure you will get expert suggestions from the staff. I've found their pricing very reasonable and their quality is unmatched.
