Everyone at Akala has always bent over backwards to make sure that you were perfectly satisfied. When we decided to have a wedding ring designed for my wife they did exactly as we had asked and more. Then after my wife passed away they took all of her diamonds and mine and designed the most beautiful ring for me that I will cherish forever. I just recently purchased a bracelet from them and they were willing to order it in and let me decide if I liked it before purchasing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work and friendly faces.

I cannot recommend Akala Jewelry highly enough, particularly for jewelry repair. I recently went to Akala after a very sentimental piece of my wife's was incorrectly soldered at another establishment, hoping that someone would be able to help me out. The gentleman at the front was very friendly and approachable, and got Silas from the back, who took a look at the piece, as well as a ring I also brought in that had gotten severely bent. He took about 30 minutes all said and done and completely corrected the soldering error, even going to far as to make the finish look more rough like the rest of the piece, as well as straightening the ring. The piece had a lot of sentimental value and my wife is now all smiles. If you need something fixed, Akala and Silas are where it's at. Thanks again man.
