Starting at $850.00 a month on a 2 bedroom 1 bath and a 3 bedroom rents over a $1000 a month for an older trailer that's been abused by past owners and tenants is not what I call reasonable or affordable. I know the new owners have made the grounds cleaner, the upkeep a little better and moved in a few new trailers but it in no way accommodates that much rent. If you are going to charge that much rent then get rid of those old abused trailers and stop putting a bandaid on them, place a new or newer trailer where the beat up ones used to be and fix the roads so people don't tear their car apart trying to get home ot to wherever they need to go. Then it would be justified to charge that exuberant amount of rent...a decent and kept dwelling, clean and safe grounds, smooth and drivable roads are reasons to pay that much rent and nothing else could make sense of charging that much rent in a trailer park but I won't pay it that's just plain beyond my comprehension as to why anyone would pay that much rent in a rundown trailer park.

Nice quiet community to live in. New Management has taken over this Mobile Home Community. Rent is affordable, pets are on leashes. Junk has been removed . New maintenance staff is very efficient. New Manager Scott Padgett is very understanding and available. Overall the area is extremely quiet and very neat and clean. I feel very safe here and give thanks to Manager Scott for going beyond his assigned duties to make our move here as pleasant as he possibly could.

It is a place for people to go when they can't afford something better. I get that. But it's not a nice place really. The homes are very close together. The neighbors store some of their belongings outside their homes, which just makes the place look trashy. I didn't feel safe to walk around at night.

Nice , affordable place to live in. 300$ for land is very affordable. The mobile homes rent here are 650$ for 2 bedrooms . Nice and quiet area and the manager is very understanding and welcoming. Needs more work on the pavement.

Not sure but it should be cheap, it's not very nice of a trailer park. Kinda run down last time I was in there
