I am the current manager of the park. I have to admit, in the past, this park has been really bad. I am attempting to clean it up and clean it out. Any and all help from tenants would be nice. Maybe instead of complaining about how bad the place is, some of you should help make it better. Unfortunately, we seem to have a lot of tenants who want to do nothing more than complain. They do not seem to want to help make the place better.

i have been here for at least 19 years , they are billing us for water with no meter on our mobile home 40 dollars for 1700 gal. i think this is illigel.

Yes, we have 18 mobile homes available for sale. They are all handyman specials. You will need to fill out an application, and pay a $30 application fee, and show proof of income with your last 3 paystubs. As long as you are approved, you can buy a mobile home. The lot rent is $220 per month, plus approximately $40 monthly for the water and sewer.
