Very bad place to live. They won't fix anything u hardly ever see anyone that works for the park. Now with the new homes in they want to charge 1100.00 a month cause they want section 8 and the people that want to pay rent they won't take cause it's the old rate of 850 and if ur a vet they treat u even worse

Terrible place to live. Property management does not do their job.

Crappy place to live. Landlords don't fix anything or answer the phone for that matter. Monthly inspections that they conduct even when you aren't home. Yea that's right the enter your home while you're not there. Rent is sky high for cheap garbage.
