I needed to get my tire patched same day & my husband called & they said they were able to. They had it done in less than an hour & didn’t even charge us for the patch like another tire shop was going to. Very friendly when they called me to tell me my tire was ready as well. Will be going back to this location.
The Truth
Not sure why this location has any high ratings. I am not the only one who makes an appointment a is still waiting more than two hours later and they have not even put your vehicle on the lift to start working on it. I am done dealing with this company, even if I have pay a little bit more. At least I won't have to wait 6 hours to get tires.

They called reschedule our appointment for a week out. Called morning of appointment to confirm. Dropped car off went back 1an half hours later to pick car up. They hadn't even touched our car and still had 2 cars in front of us. Also didn't have the tires we ordered from them. When we got our car they never apologized or anything. We will be going somewhere else next weekend for tires.

I dropped my car off for a online scheduled appt and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They called me during the check to let me know how everything looked and did not give me a list of bogus repairs that needed to be made. I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail.
