Cashier didn't know how to process a gift card. They ended up making it right when I went back because it was a gift and I actually didn't take everything out of the bag until the night I was going to wrap it and found out that I paid $50 for two beach towels. The manager that assisted the lady at customer service was somewhat rude when I explained the situation they did refund the money on my personal debit card but she kept saying that they're basically give them to me. When I had a $25 gift card and took my debit card in just in case it didn't cover taxes. Love the product have always loved the store however I would suggest that they train everybody on how to process gift cards and train personnel on a better rapport or yet even better the best terminology to address customers in this situation and other unhappy situations for other
