Nice, clean, friendly, good sandwiches. But the soup had way too much salt. Older folks can't tolerate a lot of salt in their foods.

They are mostly friendly. They don't always get your order right and are supposed to offer you something when it is wrong. I've never received anything for the many screwups I've experienced and it is written on the receipt that they will compensate you for a wrong order. It's not easy working in customer service for less than what you are worth, so I let that go! Tami, one of the managers there, is the best! She really works around your allergies, is kind and caring, and she made a pizza that I could eat, without the Fontina cheese that I cannot eat. She substituted it for cheeses my stomach can digest. That pizza was excellent and is actually very large. This will keep me coming back there a few times a week. I also have the drink subscription, so I'm usually there at least once a day getting my drink, while doing my college homework. The food is very good. I haven't tasted 1 thing that I didn't like. I've been going there for about 1 month straight, since purchasing the subscription. It's worth it if you live close by one. You can get a drink every 2 hours. Sometimes I get 5 large drinks in a day. I usually order Take out and still dive in, because I prefer containers for when I don't finish my food.

Apparently that paragraph that they have at the top of your reciept is just for show I ordered a Chai teal latte not online or through the kiosk but with a person they put café on there (didn't realize that till I got to work and tried it) I got to work tried it and it's coffe I can't have coffe called them because now I have the jitters the young lady was nice but said she had to talk to her manager since I wanted my drink and a refund since I now would have to go through the inconvenience of sending someone or going there myself with gas rates being what they are and considering their policy is to make it right this isn't too great of an imposition to request in return she rudely cut me off had an attitude the whole time and pretty much said pick one your money back or a remake which doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to return for either option I understand if I misspoke and said the wrong drink I would just say my fault and not even go through the proccess but the fact that this was their error and the refusal to correct THEIR ERROR I will be contacting there corporate office as well don't work in customer service if you do not wish to provide customer service and don't put that on the top of your receipt if you have no intention of honoring it

We had a great experience this morning. Due to feeling ill, I did not want to leave the house. We ordered breakfast and lunch from Panera and Doordash delivered it exactly on time. Compliments to Doordash as well! The Manager & staff at Panera prepared Everything so nicely. I was very impressed with the delivery we received. The coffee was steaming hot and everything was so fresh. Thank you very much to the manager and staff at Panera in Lake Grove, NY!!! KH
