My girlfriend and I went in yesterday 3/26/22. We wanted to go over our individual bills/ devices and look into getting a family plan. We were told that they could NOT help us and that we needed to call corporate. When I pressed the situation we were told that we could be added to long wait list as it was a Saturday. This wait would have been fine, it’s understandable for a Saturday. The associate who clearly did not want to help us and his lazy attitude were terrible.

This store allowed someone to use my information to purchase a phone and then turned off my own account. Worst problem is they do not have a direct number to call only the 800 number.

My phone locked up and would not reset. A technician helped after about a 5 minute wait and immediately new how to reset the phone. Excellent service as usual.

Unsure but I was told the one off sunrise highway at the gateway plaza in Patchogue is.
Very safe. All workers wear masks and face shields. And there are plastic dividers at each station with a pass through for equipment
No clue I would call 611 1st n find the best course of action though
