the place doesn't look a thing like the picture, stay for 28 days had no other real choice for the location i was working at. never cleaned the room even on the day they said they would not even vacuuming the floor. didn't have a towel or wash cloth until i went to Walmart and bought them after being there for a week they furnished them but i had to launder them. the place has roaches to top it off. from the first meeting of the desk clerk on just a terrible experience.

It was great I was to for away from the elevator on the 3rd floor I have a bad back. Both knees are not good..there was frightening in the hallway. With a man and woman. Over all I would stay there on a lower level..to meet my needs..price is great..I give it a 4 star 🌟

My experience has been beautiful. Have no issues with the room AT ALL! No bugs, no weed smells, and no rude customer service. I mind my business and stay to myself. The staff is sweet. This is probably the cheapest of the extended stay rooms. Microtel is charging 680.00 plus a 100.00 deposit… THE RULES ARE SIMPLE AND GO BUY YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES!! You don’t have to wait a week for your room to be cleaned

Yes you will have to get something notorized saying you live there so just make sure someone with intown suites will meet you to get that done but I can't tell you the school unless you can say what grade she will be in.
Yes. They advertise absolutely NO smoking, but there were ashtrays placed throughout our room.
