I really like Dr. Keller A LOT but his office manager is another story. In most cases, a 1-star review on the office manager and a 5-star review on the doctor would average out to a 3-star review, but this is not most cases. The office manager, MRS. Dr. Keller (Donna) is totally unsuited to her position. She is unable to deal with multiple phone calls, and her phone manner is so abrupt and harried, ALL THE TIME, that it is nothing less than rude. On my second visit with Dr. Keller, she interrupted our appointment no less than 5 times to inform him that he had other patients waiting, while we were discussing my treatment. She fought with me about faxing pertinent information to a pain management specialist, despite Dr. Keller’s having told me to contact any pain management specialist on a printout that my GP had provided me — which I did — and when I called to speak to Dr. Keller about my condition, she (1) refused to let me speak to him and (2) hung up on me. Finally, today (1/22/20), I contacted my GP and requested a referral to a different neurologist. I’ve read some reviewers who speak well of her office manner, to be honest, but they are the rare exception to the rule. So, in short, Dr. Keller is a wonderful, intelligent, experienced, and compassionate neurologist with an office manager from Hell. This horrible experience reduces a 3-star rating to a 1-star rating. I cannot stress how much I regret losing Dr. Keller, but being rid of the shrew in the front room is a great weight off of my shoulders. I invite Donna Keller to refute any of what I’ve written here; it would be interesting to see how she would respond.

lucky for me and patient I care for, I don't have to go back to this office. The lovely woman at the desk scolded me on the phone, repeating herself several times. I begged her to stop repeating herself, but she kept at it. I don't know if she's a moron, but she is definitely an idiot...she gets 5 stars of Awfulness from me...can i buy another star or two?

Dr. Keller is wonderful. I have been seeing him for about 5 years now. I will tell you he is the only neurologist that has been able to help me keep my seizures under control. Yes they do come back but that's part of my illness. But it went from two or three times a week to two or three a month, then they went away for a while. Even though they come back. He does take his time and listen to everything I'm going threw and always does everything to check it out to make things better. And as far as his wife. Mrs. Keller, she is not the person everyone is making her out to be. She will do everything she can to help you, you just have to be patient and remember this is a small practice not one with a bunch of doc and office personnel. It's the Doctor and his wife. They are and always have been wonderful to me. So thankful I found them. I even go to that office from Ft. Pierce because that's how well he has helped me 💯
