I called them for my Mom's fairly new (6-yo) Kenmore, they didn't want to hear what I had to ask about my mom's refrigerator and all they wanted to ask was "are you from Mexico and I still wonder what that has to do with anything and they we're rude and hung up on me

appointment was from 8 am to 5pm with assurances would be contacted if delayed. Service man called at 5:50 pm was not going to make it. How much more unreliable could they get?

After three visits from Sears repairmen, our washing machine is still not fixed. They have ordered the wrong parts each time and have no idea how to fix it. Supposedly, the last technician recommended a replacement washer, and we were told we would hear from Sears in 3-5 days. Today is day 4 and we are still waiting to hear from them.
