Friendly staff but for any ER or walk in clinic this place was completely filthy. I wouldn't sit on the bed dirty not just Stained sheets, needle caps, other medical caps and trash.

I went in for covid. I wasn’t concerned about the aches and pains, more so the burning in my chest and the difficulty breathing. They initially told me I should go home and take over the counter medicine because I’m vaccinated and come back if it gets worse. After I questioned it then they were like then we will do a chest X-ray. At this point I was annoyed and wasn’t going to wait for it. I asked two nurses to cancel it and they said they can’t. I asked to find my nurse practitioner that ordered it and they said they would. After waiting 30-45min she never came back and here I am getting a chest X-ray. Mind you I’ve been to the ER a few times before for the flu and other sicknesses and each time I would at least get an IV, respirator and asked to wait to see how I feel after. They wouldn’t even give me a covid test to confirm the at home test results … To top this all off, the DR was super unprofessional in delivering another patient results of his likely lung cancer. He was very loud so the whole floor could hear it (I was 2 rooms down). Didn’t ask him to sit or if he wanted family member around, nothing. Just hey, you likely have cancer and need to go someplace else to confirm and have a nice day. When I heard all this, I was dumbfounded that he was as loud as he was with sensitive information and didn’t even try to ease into the situation.
