The oil filter blew off the first day we had the car. Had to wait 4 hours for the car to get towed and someone to pick me up. The day we got it back we had to drive out because they forgot the in transit sticker. A few weeks later something wasn't sign and they wanted us to drive back out. More of my time and gas money. Called and got them to mail me the form. The in transit sticker will expire while I'm mailing back the form to get my plates cause they forgot to have me sign the form. I handled getting a check from the credit union. Gave them exactly what they needed and from there it has been an awful experience. I guess at least they paid to have the car towed and oil put back in it. Can't say I'll be doing business with Willis in the future.
