Don’t understand why an appointment was needed. I had an appointment at 10:15am (got here at 10am) it’s 12:02pm and I’m still waiting. My car has not been touched yet. All I need is a balance & rotation on the tires I purchased within the last year from them.

Let me start by saying I am a Costco super fan. But the staff at the tire center don't take their job too serious. They make an appointment to get something installed only to tell you it's out when you arrive for your appointment. Kind of defeats the purpose of the appointment.

They took my phone number and said they would call me when my tires had been installed. After 2 hours, I checked and they were working on other cars. Thanks for calling me...NOT!

Shopped at Costco today- got to car and hatch mechanism snapped and I could not shut the hatch Harun graciously got a tool and came out to my car to help me remove it so I could get home safely He would not take a tip Amazing customer service to someone who was not a tire customer Thank you so much for your kindness!
