Terrible customer service. I don't think anybody knows what they are doing. All they care about is to sell a car to you as soon as possible. The person who was helping us was unprofessional he didn't even care about our needs all he said was " what can I offer you for you to get the car today" he didn't care about what we want or need. Not much of a help. How you going to sell me a car that's worth 80K with such a terrible attitude. To be honest, the experience that I had today made me not want to get a car from Ford. Thank you for being so unprofessional.

You can not trust this dealership. They would not honor a signed purchase order price or the price protection on a Ford Bronco that was ordered a year and a half ago, despite Ford telling me they would reimburse the dealership. Couldn't have had a worse experience here.

Got my Ford SUV serviced here for the first time. Overall an OK experience. Very disappointed about not being able to get a ride back to pick up my car AND that the service guys left out the sticker that tells you the details of the oil change and when the next is. Now I’m wondering if they really changed the oil or not 🤔🤔 When I went back and asked the front desk service lady, she said they don’t put stickers on. I had to go to sales to confirm and they confirmed that they DO PUT THE STICKER ON. So now the question is, did they really change the oil or did they forget like they forgot the sticker? Did they just do the recall items and missed the oil change that I paid for???

If you contact the service and parts department they can give you a price. I recommend you go in person they will answer your question and give you options if necessary.
If your vehicle is still under warranty, probably. You would have to call the dealer and make sure. They'd be the only ones that can tell with any certainty.
