For medicines you can shop from pharmacy inside... For other things normally you can shop and leave as there are enough billing counters available....
They will post a sign on the door and u can always call them.
Yes, they have limited hours though. They open later and close earlier. We are still 3 months away from New Years, so we won't know the exact hours for a bit though. Hope to that helps.
