How do I contact the store office? I have tried numereous times. Finally, and I don't know how, I got connected with the shoe department and was helped by a young lady, Lubna Majd, who took very precious time to assist me.

A day ago ; you are right dear but this is that kind of time the associates suppose to meet you at the door and ask may I help you do you have a list. Will walk her around according to her list through the sizes and colors and bargains and to payment centers and out. Until we vaccinate covid 19 to oblivion, I wouldn't be walking around inside the stores window shopping. It is pay and run. I noticed something new. Some stores are very beautifully decorated, flowered even scented so there is that temptation to mill around in admiration frenzy. Oh it's been a while since I went to the Macy's . Classy.
