We worked through custom design, construction, installation, and take full advantage of their weekly valet service. As the summer ends, the team will come and winterize our pool until they can come back and open it up for us next spring. We have had excellent experience with this company. Our pool construction went smoothly and on time. Any hiccups were handled professionally with minimal delays (both Terry and Chris were fully involved until everything was perfect). After the completion of the pool, the service team (Mitch) spent hours with us to make sure we knew how to run the pool - explained the chemistry, filter equipment, the heater, valves etc. The whole service team is super responsive to any issues that come up. We had them replace a number of little issues: flow sensor on salt cell, leak around filter equipment, pressure gauge, etc. Everyone we worked with has been very professional and experienced, and always on time. Also nice enough to spend a few extra minutes with us to answer any questions. We also had the service team winterize and open the pool this past season - which was done perfectly. Best pool company around!
