Boy did I make a mistake going in.. did shopping for meat across the highway so thought I’d run in instead of going to shop rite,, I usually run to different food stores a few times a week. When I walked in Foodtown it was like sticker shock. Their prices for produce where higher than quality stores like the Market Basket or Whole Foods...4.99 lb for peppers and it was 5.00 dollars for a head of lettuce lol I’m still laughing 😂. Maybe that’s why there was a total of about 6 people in the entire store…and the cashier that checked me out had the personality of a fired egg.. rude too, Item for item u can fill up ur gas tank with the savings from other stores. I don’t usually complain but had to vent on this greedy establishment ... never again will be back this is the type of store ud find in an inner city where ripping off consumers is common.
