Brandon worked hard to get us what we needed and got us financed and on the road with a vehicle we love. He is extremely helpful and the whole group of Brad’s used cars to Brad’s complete auto are helpful, kind, and gives you the small town personal treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car or needing any work done on their vehicle!

I was exceptionally surprised at the condition of the Budget Truck when I picked it up and am surprised I drove it off of the lot because there was trash inside the cab, spills, and paperwork from.orevious renters. This guy was no professional when I rented. He was rarely around to take a phone call as was the experience of the Budget rep who noted my call and concerns. Due to unforseen circumstances and different things needed in the form of paperwork that needed to be verified my family and I could not move in and had the truck loaded to a hilt the end of the first night we had it expecting to move in over the weekend beginning Friday. The manager wasn't available to get the key and needed more paperwork that needed to be verified which was also the story come Monday-Friday the following business week. With the truck loaded and our storage already full I kept in contact with Brad if he would answer the phone when called to let him know I still needed the truck each day. He actually threatened to call the cops twice, recorded once with very vulgar language saying he wasn't going to play MY games....what the.....? Sounds pretty paranoid to me.....rude.....and actually I have to say he provided the worst customer service experience I have ever had. He overcharged me 4 days, charged $99 for fuel when the tank was under 3/4 a tank when it was picked up. We drove a.whole 11 miles...you do the math. He also charged a cleaning fee of $150 for an already dirty auto, and other ancillary charges that were lies and highly unnecessary. If I don't get a credit soon he'll be hearing from a lawyer. I'll gladly pay court costs if necessary to put a freaked out, control freak in his place any damned day. I'll never go astray from Uhaul again. Uhaul is the only way to go and provides the customer service necessary and has never ever been rude in person or on the phone in any dillema.
