It took a little minute to receive my food due to intercom was broken. However, my food was delicious as always and fresh. Customer service was an A+. I will be returning to my old favorite spot.

I don't normally eat at Church's Chicken. But my sis want to get a quick cheap meal. It was actually pretty good. The workers was very nice. But the place can use some upgrading in the inside the walls need painting and they definitely need new tables and chairs. Company make this place look like the way the food taste. But I do recommend this CC.

I was disgusted with the overall experience on yesterday. I ordered the Big Texas meal. The meal comes with LEGSssss and Theighsssss per the menu. This led me to believe I’d be able to order 3 legs as I hate thighs. The heavyset lady with the nappy white wig was asked if I could do all legs. She turned to look at me and say oh no she can get two thighs and 1 leg. SMH The fact that she only did that because she was intimidated by my beauty and appearance was disgusting. I later sent my husband who pulled off with two legs and a thigh. SMH The food was not as good as it was when the previous manager Josh was there. They have run Church’s down! To the unprofessional manager shame on you! You should be ashamed a freaking disgrace to the company to say the least!! I rate a one because the girl at the window was nice!! -Miesha

Chicken is not good anymore.
They close at 10 at night they are across the street from the hospital 45 minutes before closing they only had chicken legs and the only two sides were green beans and dirty rice the containers were small and they didn't even fill them 3/4 of they way and charge over $2. Knowing the visitors will come over after visitation. Thank goodness Bojangles was still open. Never go back there again. Buyer Beware

Masks are required, and they only let 3 people in the store at a time. That is their policy as of now. It seems to work as long as 6 feet distance stay i place.

THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED... THE FOOD IS OK, THAT'S THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE IN THEIR FAVOR... I'VE BEEN TO CHARLOTTE, GREENVILLE AND SPARTANBURG, THEY'RE ALL THE SAME.. THEY ARGUE AMONG EMLPOYEES AND HAVE NO SYTEM OF RUNNING SMOOTHLY, OR THEY DON'T ENFORCE IT.
I agree but l really like the flavor...service however is ALWAYS sub-par. To add to my earlier review, management is an absolute joke (specifically Antonio)...has no idea how to treat customers. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION for dining, do yourself a favor and go there instead! Hopefully, this location will be out of business sooner than later!
