Made a appointment for suv rental my wife is driving out of town . She arrives at 6 like scheduled week in advance . They don’t have the suv she reserved! They tried to rent her 3 other cars , one nail in the tire nasty dirty beyond , another car they tried to give her cracked windshield and nasty dirty , other car damaged and dirty . On top of rude and no car that was reserved they wanted 500 more for the rental for cheap dirty cars not even a suv . She is supposed to leave in the am shame on enterprise awful awful !!!

Do not rent from Enterprise. Lost a front tire on a rental on 95 N approaching the NC/VA border. Obvious that there were lugnuts not properly secured. Roadside asiistance was a joke, customer service was a joke and several calls or pleas to "corporate" lead to only one person calling me several days later. If you have a choice, do not choose Enterprise.

Wonderful customer service. Dealt with morons at two other locations. The manager at this location had the best customer service ever. We had a cracked windshield in two places due to debris hitting the windshield. We were able to obtain a car from this location with ease.

The employees there need to be retrained in their jobs and given lessons in basic business behavior. The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a rental car place, was right there at that same Enterprise on Asheville Highway in Spartanburg, SC. If you can make it anywhere else, I would suggest driving or hitching a ride there instead. My $0.02.
