Old school family style gym. That place where every body knows your name! I love the free weight selection. Owner is always willing to give advice and help on workout and diet plans. You won't ever feel judged or gymtimidation. Just welcomed and encouraged and part of a community

We love Nautilus! The owners are so nice and personable. The other members are cool: I don't feel intimidated by superjocks all the time! There's a nice mix, including some older folks. They have the equipment you need. Plenty of cardio (elliptical, bikes, treadmills) as well as weight machines and free weights, barbells and bench press stuff. They have some classes. I've never taken one, so I cannot speak to that, but they run through now and then, and look like they have fun. :) I am a gym noobie, and we have really enjoyed being members for the past few months!
