I had an outside door latch that was stuck with the door closed. Attempted to fix myself, but was unable to get the door open. I called Allen on a Sunday and he answered right away. He offered advise about how I might try again and fix this myself and not need his service. I attempted those, but was unable to open the door. I called him back and he again answered right away. He offered to come out on Sunday, but it was not a pressing need, so we arranged for an appointment a few days later when I was off from work. He and his son, Will, showed up on time. They were able to quickly solve the problem and get the broken latch assembly out and the door open so I could replace the lock. They advised that I did not need to replace the entire door knob, but that they could just replace the latch assembly. They did this quickly. The door works as it should now. I can once again allow guests to enter through the front door. I can't say enough about what a positive experience I had with Allen's Locksmith. Prices were beyond reasonable. This is the company to call when you have a problem with a lock in you home or in you car!!!
