Would not recommend to my worst enemy. The dumpster isn’t dump regularly leaving bags of trash outside of it for periods of time and there is trash everywhere , playground, stairs, in the small trees and bushes. Years of having this place built and they don’t have cameras in the parking lot. And there has been many car incidents here. Someone recently got there windows smashed in and there are children drawing on cars. My neighbor experienced that. And the people in the office aren’t doing anything about it. There are people who don’t even live in the area coming over in cars with groups of people just to be in the parking lot for fun. They’ll put their things on other people’s car and sit on them. I had about 3 random drug addicts ask me for rides before and there are parents letting their small children wonder outside late at night. This places is ghetto and unsafe. So I had to move ASAP.

I have lived here for 8 years and have seen this place change for the better. The price of the apartments are great and the size is even better. It has had its ups and downs with kids misbehaving but recently there has been things implemented to help decrease delinquent behavior. I am getting ready to move but I would recommend this complex you have misbehavior everywhere you go it's just a bit more noticeable due to the size of the complex. Since the basketball goal and the community programs has started the misbehavior has decreased dramatically. It's a transitional neighborhood so the turnover is high, the diversity is increasing. I moved here to be close to school and we made it home. I have never lived in a community like this but it has opened my eyes to a lot. We were not on section 8 and we are very decent people I have spent my 8 years trying to help increase awareness. I also have never had any child disrespect me all the kids love my husband and my kids. I am thankful for the experience and the people we have come to call family.

I wish I could rate it negative 5 stars. You will be sorry you ever signed a lease at this ghetto dump. Most people living there are on section 8 and don't care if they never get off. Office is never open. 90% of the tenants are disrespectful and the lowest of the low. New Legacy is equivalent to the projects.

This is a place for citizens whom have no other options, literally. If you don't want to be on the streets, become a tenant here. To be honest, the management is horrible, the other tenants are rude, disrespectful, loud and the apartment building and grounds are not properly maintained. This would be one of those big regrets in life. I have a bottom unit, the tenants above me are always running and stomping around all through out the day and after midnight. You have stragglers from who knows where hanging around on the stairwells and around unit like they own the place. Management should have known better than this. However, this is what happens when you allow any and every one in your complex just to make a dollar a month off of them. You get what you pay for.
