Been living here for a few months. All the people are nice . have noticed groups of boys but other than thrm hanging around they dont cause issues! I mind my business always but it seems to be very quiet.
I lived there for almost 9 years I watched the neighborhood completely change. The issues were the kids being bored it isn't that bad as it says it is. With it being a large neighborhood things were noticed more it was almost like it was it's own little city....I just moved out 2 months ago.
