This is by far the best apartments around. The apartment manager is very professional. They have a new staff including a new maintenance man who is very quick to fix any problem that arises. They have people qualified in HVAC and also exterminators to fix any other issues. You won't beat their prices. And the southern hospitality makes you feel right at home. Ken is very easy to get along with, he works hard to get you in the apartment suited for you and your family. If you have any kind of issue it's handled the same day. Located in beautiful historic Conway. Close to all kinds of places to eat and shop They are constantly working on the property to make it better than before. The newest appliances, the freshest paint, gorgeous fresh cut grass with shrubbery and annual flowers. This is the only place I want to call home for me and my family of four.

WARNING BED BUGS at build 1805 E We found this apartment on line, and after speaking with Kenny we packed up our lives and drove from New York to South Carolina Pines apartment complex! Once we arrived, before we even had a opportunity to start unpacking the moving truck, we were approached by other tenants (that live in that building) that the building was infested with bed bugs!!! We went into the apartment started looking around, and found a bed bug molt and a live one crawling on the wall!!! After verification on the internet that it was indeed bed bugs! We were also informed that the adjacent apartment was vacated 2 weeks ago ( around July 11 2022) by the woman living there abandoning the apartment with her new furniture, because of the bed bug infestation!! We had no choice but to drive back we had nowhere else to go and headed back to New York giving up on our dreams of a life together in South Carolina!!! Although Kenny did refund our deposit he neglected to inform us of the infestation of bed bugs, that he was well aware of!! We lost around 5000.00 dollars between a truck rental gas and hotels!! What a disaster and disruption to our lives this has been!
