I understand the shortage because of covid. But my mail keeps getting delivered later and later and later. That might be why all the packages getting stolen by porch pirates called and tried to talk to someone at the post office was texting with ana from the usps. asking where my package was. The tracking info says it was delivered on the 2nd of February but i never received it. Was texting with ana from the usps told her i wanted to file a item not received and she just ended the conversation wasnt even interested in opening anything for me. I thought the mail people had a creed not snow not rain not heat will keep them from doing there duties?

The worse experience and customer service EVER! We were told to wait 10 business days for our mailbox key to be ready. We ordered it September 8, 2021. It is now October 7, 2021. One entire month has gone by and still NO KEY! We keep getting the run around. No one can tell us why it's not ready. No one has any information on WHEN it will be ready. WHO RUNS THIS PLACE!?!?! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! We have a mailbox full of mail and no way to check it. Bills are piling up because this place has NO CLUE how to do their jobs! Unacceptable!
