The staffs were not very helpful at all. 😔😔😔 i was requesting for a return envelope with tracking number and was informed that they cannot give me a tracking number. Went to another usps and everything was done in less than 5 mins.

Terrible experience. They lost a package that was going from their building on Monroe St in Springfield to Madison St in Springfield. that contained original legal documents. Then to compound the issue, their customer service closed the ticket after a week saying that it may have been delivered but not scanned as delivered. Well, I called the recipient and they confirmed they did not receive the documents.

The question would be why would you send anything to Nigeria?! The country is known to con people out of money and use them also for illegal shipping of stolen goods!! It is impossible to tract anything that lands there due to corruption.
