Great practice until about 2020. Since then staff has been horrible. Dr. Kavcic himself is wonderful. The rest are not. So most recently let’s discuss Mike. The ma who contacted me about lab results. Then proceeded to argue with me about them and read the results to me over the phone as well as attempted to interpret them himself. This is well outside his scope of work. And he was argumentative. I left a message for office manager Amy. Who claimed mike was within his scope and is an LPN. And tried to brush this off and was accepting of the way her staff speak to patients. Now 3 days since I spoke to Amy and complained about Mike. I receive a letter that they no longer will treat me. To be clear I’ve been a patient for 23 years. But 1 complaint and they can’t treat me anymore. Stay away from this practice. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

The Doctors are fantastic. The office staff is impossible. Don’t complain to Amy the office manager about the staff or you’ll receive a letter that you’re dropped from their care. Wish the doctors would clean house with the staff.

I was 4 minutes late for my appointment I go to sign in she tells me have a seat then the receptionist are talking back and forth going are you going to tell him are you going to tell him and they're giggling laughing making jokes about it then after 10 minutes of me sitting there they send somebody from the back to tell me that they can't see me today why couldn't they just tell me that at the counter instead of giggling and laughing and saying I'm not the one who's going to tell him just totally unprofessionals
