I just wanted to come on and say Diamond who works there went above and beyond for me to get my blood work and urine done today. My doctors office first didn’t send labs over then did and had no diagnostic codes. She was extremely patient and a true health hero.

Quest is just the worse. I’d give it a zero if I could. Appointments in a reasonable timeframe are impossible. Insanely long wait times if you have/are forced to walk-in. There is a serious need for an alternative/competition. Ugh!!!

Rude employees. Said my code was expired I called and checked with the hr they said it was not and they needed to check with one of the employee but they never opened the door after I knocked twice. However someone came out to call a customer and I asked her to help me she said if our system said it’s expired nothing we can do about it. Even Thoth I told her the hr have fixed it again.
