Can't go in to talk to any one sweet got a letter last year to call and get my money of fine . Well 3 months with to many other callers I gave up .. lost the paper work don't know who to call or what I need to get my money from last year can't go talk to a person can't call and talk to any one nope .. we take you money all year long but u can't talk or see any one to get any of it back!!!

The IRS is scamming people this year. No way to get a hold of them and they are not mailing forms for you to disagree with their decision. How does the US government not have enough money to hire people to answer the calls. No matter what option you pick (I've tried them all) it says they have a high call volume try the next business day. It doesn't matter if you call one minute after they open. This is insane. Because if you owe them money they sure are pretty efficient. If they owe you money, nuh uh. You won't be getting ahold of them.

Trying to get a hold of someone about my tax return because I was supposed to get it this morning and when I check I dont have it then when I check the status all of a sudden its a “return processing delay beyond normal timeframe “
