Had packages not delivered on time. One package didn't get delivered due to animal interference but they delivered my garbage bill? They definitely need new and better trained carriers.

My package was misdelivered, but they were able to find it and deliver it to me without issue. They work really hard to give good service, and are always helpful!

Had a package that apparently needed to be signed for but the carrier did not ring the bell or knock. So I signed the back of the missed delivery slip with my 18 y/o kid's name to get it for me as I worked past their open time. They refused to give my kid the package because they weren't me. When presented with the signed failed delivery slip, they made up some excuse about how they were the third person to come to the window to pick up a failed delivery, so the manager wasn't going to give it to them? Maybe that should be a red flag that your carrier isn't doing their job in the first place. Now I have to rearrange my errands to go down there myself and chances are it will be back out for redelivery while I'm down there being hassled.
