Yes, there is a separate video poker/gaming room in the back, close to the restrooms.
I've seen them go for $14, and not sure in gallons of fuel now, but used to be for every 100 gallons you got a free one, which wasn't hard to get driving a truck.
Showers are available to all, might want to time it when the truck lot is not so full, or you may have a bit of await, but Loves showers are cleanest I'd seen when I was in the road.
