The Franklin Senior Apartments

Good afternoon: The age requirement for the Franklin Apartments is 50+.

Tenants may have up to two pets at a maximum weight of 20 lbs each. An additional deposit of $300 is required. A $50 fee is added to rent for a 2nd pet. Fish tanks over 30 gallons, reptiles and rodents are not permitted.
