Filed divorce 18 months ago. Despite calling, emailing various people, I do not get a simple answer when my case will be hear. My lawyer is also trying, but nothing from this court. I understand covid pandemic has caused a lot delays, but please we need the court to work more hard to help out residents of this county.

I filed for my divorce in March of last yr. I understand Covid has changed a lot of procedures but the last time I received a call was in August. I was told that I would receive something in the mail by the 1st week of Nov and if i didn't to then call them.... Well it is now Jan and I have been calling since Nov. I've left numerous messages and have yet to be contacted. I've even left messages on the supervisors voice mails.. This is just outrageous now. Some needs to do their damn job.

I'm sorry, I can't answer your concern, I don't work for the court.sorry for not being able to help you.
You have to fill out a pro se matrimonial packet online is form cn10483. Same packet for everything increase decrease. Alimony emancipation of child all of it
You will need the biological fathers written permission as he would need to give up his lawful rights. Most men dont allow this eventhough most refuse to provide for the children. One way around is for you to file abandonment on the father and hope a court will see that he really wants nothing to do with the child.
