Buyer beware. My visit was a lesson to ask what exactly the customer is paying. Sophie is the owner and refers to herself as a "master stylist". You as a customer have a right to ask about each service and charge and I suggest you do! Services are describe as a la carte. More correctly, you will be overcharged and each step itemized. You will be required a $100 just to book (a red flag) then booked for multiple appointments on the same day. For a color, simply applying toner will cost $120. Cuts & trims will.cost $77. Root touch up, cut & color will cost way into the $400s. I got a cut and wash that cost $130 that Sophie couldn't even finish because she had to attend to another customer disputing an astronomical bill that had to be broken down into 3 payments. I felt so bad for the customer. Beware! If you pay over $500 for 1 setting in a salon, go ahead. But you will still get an average experience with a lecture from a salon owner about herself and how you should treat your hair.

I called at 10 am I was set an appt for 2:30. Because, I live in a different time zone. I accidentally got there an hour and 15 minutes early. Which I never realized until I was walking out the door. Without ever saying to me I was early they seen me, shampoo, conditioned, cut n styled my hair. I can't even believe my hair looks this beautiful. It looks and feels fabulous. I absolutely love my hair. I have found a salon I'm actually looking forward to going back to. Everyone is very kind. I especially love how they all chatted with me. I was in and out in an hour and a half. I will be returning. Thank you Hair Secret in Upland CA

My experience in this hair salon wasn’t good at all. I’m usually non-confrontational but every time I look at my daughter hair I Regret I went to this place. I honestly don’t know why I tipped them because when I looked at my daughters hair right away I thought I would cut her better. And I haven’t even mentioned that the girl who cut my hair didn’t offer me washing hair. Never in my life I had my hair cute without wash and I wash charged the full price too. Overall left the place feeling disappointed and overwhelmed.

Hair secret salon is the place to go. Hairstylist are friendly, professionals, and will take care of your hair. I went for a hair color and haircut. I love the how natural my hair looks. I can tell their products are best quality. During this pandemic, I felt secure since everybody are wearing masks and keeping social distance. Do not hesitate to make an appointment with them. The three hair stylists that work there will treat you great and make sure you are happy with your hair.
